WIPs for some work I’m doing. You should know these guys and gals if you read any Disney comics, ever.

Whoa! I love your work! Has a neat old school feel to it. What do you use to ink your drawings? A brushpen? Are you familiar with Mike Kazaleh? Your work remind me of him.

Thank you so much! Yes, pretty much all my drawings from the past years have been inked with a Pentel pocket brush pen.
I have never met Mike Kazaleh in person but I am familiar with his work. I actually have an original drawing from him that I commissioned several years ago: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6629129/ (the original inks are huge, roughly A3 sized)

I’ve been meaning to draw Boobun since forever!

What are the titles of those awesome illustrated bat specimen books? They are amazing!!!

You can actually see them in the shelf on the 3rd photo in this post: http://henrieke-g.tumblr.com/post/92577416647/i-work-sleep-and-store-all-my-stuff-in-the-same
I could give you the exact titles but both are just field guides with European mammals. They’re both pretty old and out of date (I got them 2nd hand), so I’d suggest just picking up any nice field guide you can find! You can’t have enough field guides, haha. They’re my favorite kind of book.

Another detail shot of a different drawing, for the same con but this one’s from late 2011. Horses are really fun to ink.

Detail from the con book cover I did for Eurofurence two years back, plus a (still very rough) sketch.
